Fee Structure

We hold a ‘Carte Professionnelle’, or French license, and deal with all properties from the studio to the villa. 

If you buy a property resulting from a private sale, our fee is 2%. But if we find it through an estate agency, we charge you nothing as we receive a part of their commission.
