We are a professional couple who have travelled widely in the course of our careers, living in a number of different countries while always maintaining a property in the South of France. 

In the '90s, during a spell in the United States, we were impressed with the Buyers’ Broker model, providing a service exclusively to the Buyer.  Moving our base permanently to Beaulieu-sur-Mer a few years ago, we decided to launch AzurXclusif French Property Searches with a small number of partners, to offer prospective buyers that same model we ourselves had found so helpful.

Many people come to Provence and the French Riviera, fall in love with the region and want to buy a home. But it’s not always simple and it can take a lot of time.

We will make it easy for you because we are familiar with the characteristics of the French property market, work in three languages and know our way around the network of real estate agents, notaries and other bodies involved in setting up a home.
